First Pastor Dave was wrongly arrested and charged with "Disorderly Conduct" for having addressed to teenagers in a parking lot, as part of his ministry. Then he was wrongly arrested and charged with "Resisting" the first arrest. Later the district attorney changed the second charge from "Resisting" to "Obstruction." This is the short version. At one point in the case, the district attorney offered to drop the obstruction charge if Pastor Dave would have pleaded guilty to the disorderly conduct charge. That did not fly, as Pastor Dave was not about to plead guilty to such a horrendous charge.  So, what did the district attorney do? Well, within a week of the trial she flipped it around. She dropped the disorderly conduct charge and went with the obstruction charge. I guess they get to pick and choose these things like candy in a candy store. And we wonder why so many people do not agree with the judicial system in this country.  The district attorney obviously realized that in the United States of America, speaking to two teen boys did not constitute disorderly conduct. She admitted, in so many words, on April 27, 2009 during Pastor Dave's trial in her opening statement that he had not done anything wrong towards the teens.  The obstruction trial, that in essence, turned out to be Pastor Dave on trial for his own arrest, came down to his word against three cops. Who do you think won? Keeping in mind the theatrics that can go on in such a trial, I don't think it is hard to figure out the answer to that question. What A Difference A Week Makes - Did Obama Have Anything To Do With The Missing - Washington Times Editorial On Banning The Pilot Gun Program? -Debra J.M. Smith - 03/25/09 www.InformingChristians.com

I was surprised when I went to find an article that had been posted on the Washington Times website just a week ago, to find it now gone. Normally, I would not post the writings in their entirety, but due to these circumstances, it is necessary.The now missing writing, which had told of Obama having secretively banned a federal safety program that aloud pilots to carry guns on planes, was a rarity to have found on a main-stream news site. The website, just a week later, posted a sharply contrasting article, stating that the Obama administration has no plans of ending the program and instead, is seeking to expand it. So what gives?An inside source, an editor for the Washington Times confirmed that the editorial had, in fact, been written by a Washington Times staff member and was removed. He said it was "a decision made by the top levels." In response to my question as to if the removal had anything to do with Obama, he said that he did not know, saying it was "pretty rare that it involved the top editors and the publisher of the newspaper." I guess once racism is in the blood, it is hard to purge it out, and Mr. And Mrs. Obama just keep letting it slip.You may recall when Mr. Obama spoke of "typical white" people while explaining his white grandmother's reaction to seeing some blacks on the street. Now we hear Mrs. Obama letting her uncontrolled racism slip out.She was addressing high school students, clearly wanting to sound concerned that they try to do their best. She spoke of always wanting to do her best. But she just had to slip race into the talk, saying that other girls claimed she talked "funny," like a "white" girl. Click Here

The issue of embryonic stem cell research, which all too often gets lost, is that it does not matter if the entire human race could have cures for all that ails them by using these stem cells. No matter what the outcome of such research could be, it simply is barbaric to create a life in order to take that life's cells, which would have grown into that life's body parts. It is quite literally harvesting body parts from live human beings. It is harvesting because the life has to be created and taken at just the right time to pick those stem cells, before they actually turn into the baby's body parts.
