Prez. Obama: We're Broke!!!

Headline on Drudge right now: Obama tells Americans we're out of money.

Gee, thanks for the trillion dollar porkulus bill.

In the words of Mastercard: Priceless.

well...

at least he's being honest....for once.

I think BO is discovering that all that leftist drivel that he spewed on the campaign trail is just that...drivel. Now that he's in office and reality has hit him in the face, he's seeing that many of the Bush decisions (many of which he's keeping ) weren't so bad.

I bet Bush waits till Jan. 21, 2010, and then he'll start talking .One year and one day. Till then, he's writing his book down in Crawford.

(Now, I'm anticipating a response from someone on the left that Bush can't read, much less write)

This leftist shall disappoint...

There once was prez named Obama

Obama: reckless

This is reckless.

We are already on the verge of losing our triple-A bond rating status.  It is irresponsible for the leader of our nation to be saying things in public that only intensifies these fears.

Here is Obama on video.

Okay, so we are broke. We knew this already.  We are spending deficits. Again, we already knew this. And if we don't get control of Medicare's and Medicaid's inflationary costs, we will never get control of our deficits.

At present we have 40-million people (and growing) without any health care coverage whatsoever, except the nearest emergency room or their nearest clinic. A national public health care service, structurally competing with private health care providers may be our best hope of bringing down costs.  It did before when the Public Health Service was around.
