I seriously doubt Cowboy economy is going to grow 25% let alone 50% or Surfur economy is going to shrink 25% or 50%.

More cattle and less hat next time. But what I have observed about Texans (LBJ, Bush and now Perry), the boast always comes before somebody else pays the bill.
