I saw Judd Gregg on TV and the dude's got it figured out. Too bad our leadership and the media hasn't.

The alleged "new Republican ideas" in the "new Obama healthcare bill" are a smokescreen.

The alleged "reconciliation sidecar" being offered to the pro-life  Democrats is also a smokescreen.

The bottom line is that the Obama Administration wants a health bill--any health bill--to pass both houses so they can sign it.

And the only bill in town is the Senate passed health bill. And since Scott Brown means any new bill gets filibustered, that's the only bill Obama can sign. A new bill--even if it passed the House--would never get to the Senate floor.

On March 18, 2010. Nancy Pelosi is going to being the Senate bill to the House floor and use every tactic known to politics to grind out a one vote victory. And then the bill crossed the goal line.  Why would the Obama camp seek any more health care votes? They would have what they want already

But that means that on March 18, 2010 every House Democrat is going to be asked to vote in favor of all the bribes in the Senate bill.  To say yes to Obamacare every House member will have to vote yes on the Louisiana Purchase of Mary Landrieu.

A vote by the House for Obamacare makes the Cornhusker Kickback of Ben Nelson the law of the land.

This makes the Senate bill even worse than the House bill; which as best as we know, did not contain material gratutities for specific members.   This vote will require every member of the House who votes "aye" to affirmatively endorse the corrupt practices used to pass the bill in the Senate.

Remember---they can't change the Senate bill and get it signed. It has to be voted on as an unamended bill with all the bribes included.

Sure, they'll be some bill proposed to remove the bribes we know about. How did "I voted for it before I voted against it" work out for President Kerry? That's going to be what the members of the House are going to be left with as a defense for their actions.

When the Democrats want to talk about what ISN'T in the bill they plan to vote on, that means that they have no excuse for the crap in the crap sandwich they expect their members to swallow hard and vote for without retching.

The Republican and conservative message machine is taking the bait from the Obama camp by discussing the fig leaf of suggested changes and the illusory prospect of reconciliation. Senator Gregg is right. Once they score they will stop playing the game.

The better issue--and the one we ought to spend the next two weeks pounding home--is that a vote for health care reform is a vote for the corrupt process that created it.

America has no confidence in the present Congress to act honorably in the public interest. It's time the charade ended and a bipartisan housecleaning occur so the stench enveloping the Capitol abates before more legislative grandiosity gets attempted.

Bureau of Labor Statistics came out with this startling figure. For every job in the United States today there are over SIX POINT FIVE APPLICANTS. Another big Obama confidence builder. By the way Obama, IN SECRET as usual, signed an executive order establishing a so-called Council of Governors. Another purely STALINIST move by MAOBAMA. This Council of Governors is to ‘provide input’ on “homeland defense and civil defense challenges facing our nation today and in the future”. The President will hand pick ten goons, er… Governors, to serve on the council and help with the synchronization and integration of State and Federal military activities in the United States.

Let’s be blunt. It’s a direct assault on Posse Comitatus, the 1878 laws that prevents the military from being used as a civil police force. It’s an assault on States’ rights. It’s the HARBINGER of OBAMA’S stated plan of a NATIONAL SECURITY FORCE. It may also be the clarion call for Americans to rise up and shake off this nascent tyranny, hopefully at the ballot box, but the Founders spoke of the alternatives.

Meanwhile in the state of Massachusetts, Scott Brown has Martha Coakley sweating profusely as she makes a massive screw-up, showing the world just how weak her credentials really are when she blithely stated that there aren’t any more terrorists left in Afghanistan. One has to wonder if the lady may not have been attending classes at the Jumpin’ Joe Biden school of blatant STUPIDITY. The shock to the DeMarxists in this bastion of liberal politics is that Scott Brown is within TWO POINTS of Coakley, and Republicans and Independents in the State are energized and still gaining momentum.

Nervous enough to bring in the DeMarxists’ favorite goon-squad SEIU and their International President Andy Stern, whose concern for his “LITTLE GUY” membership extends to the point of taking their dues and purchasing television attack ads against Scott Brown, to the tune of SIX HUNDRED EIGHTY THOUSAND DOLLARS. Keep in mind most of his membership are in relatively low-paid service type jobs. I wonder how many of HIS members are out of work nationwide? Way to go Andy, Lenin would be proud. We see that Ben Nelson is once again ‘not sure’ he’ll vote for the final version of the health care bill. Wonder what that’s about. Hmmm… Could it be he’s gotten the message that he’s toast? Yeah, Nelson, you and about 2/3 of those Commie Cretins you work with. It’s astounding what an angry and aroused electorate generate in the way of ‘the fear factor’ with these aggrandizing scoundrels. KEEP IT GOING!!

In the long and honorable, if sometimes fractious, political history of this country, never have we seen such behavior as is being displayed by the so-called leadership of the once Democrat, now DeMarxist, and their man/boy zero sum President Barack Hussein Obama. Under the cover of dubious parliamentary procedure and what else?

IN SECRET, Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid are planning to try to meld the House and Senate versions of the health destruction bill in such a way as to cut the Republicans out of the process entirely and bypass problematic Democrats like Michigan Congressman Bart Stupak, who’s stated that he will do whatever he can to sink the final bill if it contains federal funding for abortions.

In addition, there are several Democrats whose support for the bill has been shaken by a strong dose of reality applied by their constituents during the holiday recess. Some might refer to it as a ROASTING. By way of example: Ben Nelson saw his popularity drop instantaneously with his cowardly rollover on the health care vote. Fifty five percent of his constituents would vote against him if his re-election were held now… a virtual death sentence to an incumbent. Sixty four percent of Nebraska’s voters want nothing to do with the Democratic health care debacle.

The Talking Points Memo website reported Monday that the Democrats in the House and Senate are saying the process will likely follow the path of the House taking up the Senate-passed legislation, amending it and sending it back to the Senate, which will have to pass it again. “This process cuts out the Republicans”, a house Democratic aide told Talking Points Memo, indicating the Congressional majority intended to make sure the Republican minority would “not have a motion to recommit opportunity”.

By blocking out the Republicans, to say nothing of the Democrats who disagree with them, they are setting a very dangerous course. One which may make the price of victory very expensive for the party come November 2010. With an increasingly angry electorate and an economy which has failed totally to respond to Obama’s pork-laden blandishments, America and Americans may put finish to the DeMarxists grand scheme. CONTINUE THE CONSERVATIVE MARCH TO VICTORY!!

This is it. 2010 and the MID-TERM ELECTIONS are right around the corner in political terms. We need to pay VERY close attention to everything that transpires this year and we cannot for one split second take anything for granted. There are some do’s and don’ts out there that we should keep foremost in our minds as the swelling tsunami of the American Conservative movement prepares to sweep the ENEMIES of our REPUBLIC from in front of us.

DO be active in your local Republican organizations. DO act to influence them to do the right things – the things that WIN local contests. I walked into my local Republican party headquarters last election cycle and it had all the excitement of a funeral parlor. They didn’t even have voter registration applications for their own county, but had them for a district two counties away. When I pointed out that this was just a couple more sets of hands for registrations to go through and more opportunity for them to ‘disappear’ or be mislaid in the mails the looks I got from our party representatives can only be described as NON COMPOS MENTIS. The SF Bay Area is notorious for voter shenanigans, these people just didn’t get it. My own registration had been tampered with twice in nine years.

Become activated, your enthusiasm will be infectious. DO not allow the lame stream to gin up the old Trojan horse of a third party. THERE IS NO SUCH THING. Third parties are the product of fevered minds. It was a third party of well-intentioned but sadly misinformed  Americans that brought us BILLY JEFF CLINTON, under the third party banner of Ross Perot, splitting the Republican and Independent vote.

We need to champion a revitalized CONSERVATIVE REPUBLICAN PARTY under the leadership of SOLID conservatives who will go bare-knuckled, toe to toe with the ENEMIES of the Republic and not give an inch. After all, is this not the model that the DeMarxists have taught us so well? When they snivel that they are being mistreated, all we have to do is to remind them of Nancy With-The-Smiling-Stapled-Lids having THE LOCKS CHANGED IN THE HOUSE CONFERENCE ROOMS, locking Republicans out completely.

I was listening to a statement by Mitch McConnell where he sounded like he was preparing to ‘go along and get along’ with the DeMarxist power structure in which he said he thought ‘we could work together to get things done’. Uh, Mitch, that’s NOT what the American people are telling you! We don’t WANT you to get along with that bunch of Maoists and if that is your intention leave now, for we will surely remove you and any other establishment Republican who acts or thinks like that as well.

Conservatives are on the march. There are Conservative challenges all over the nation. One thing we need to do for SURE before 2012 is to CLOSE OUR PRIMARIES. What gave us John McCain instead of a more viable candidate was Democrat voters crossing over and voting in Republican open primary elections. The Republican leadership was so inept they allowed the opposition to choose for us. How stupid is that? Though it’s obvious now that the party had McCain preordained in a backroom deal, much like when they brought up another notorious deal-maker loser, Bob Dole.

It’s just exactly what we have to avoid this time. There are a lot of bright young Conservative leaders coming up through the ranks. There are 435 House seats up for re-election, 36 seats in the Senate. There are 37 Gubernatorial seats up for grabs. Don’t think that the DeMarxists aren’t sweating this one out. Just ask Ben Nelson.

BEN NELSON SOLD OUT HIS COUNTRY, and he ensured the murder of potentially hundreds of thousands, maybe millions, of American babies that will never be born. We were all fooled. We thought this man was principled. His vote was sold for guarantees for his state to extend full and permanent funding to everyone below 133% of the federal poverty level. The bill requires all states to do so. Nebraska alone would not be required to pay a portion of the additional costs after 2016. So the rest of the country gets to foot the bill for Nelson’s irresponsible cowardice and reprehensible lack of character.

Harry Reid also porked up other  Senators with YOUR money, such as that champion of amendment withdrawal Bernie Sanders, to keep him shut up about the public option… the cake topping the ultra Maoist wing of the party is looking for. While Senator Nelson was busy looking for political cover so he could sell out his constituents and his country, good ole’ Dingy Harry was making sure generations of unborn human babies would stay that way. Under Reid’s latest 383 page amendment, THERE IS NO PROHIBITION ON ABORTION COVERAGE. In federally subsidized plans participating in the exchange,  everyone enrolled in one of these plans must pay a MONTHLY ABORTION PREMIUM. The Reid bill continues to defy the will of the American people. The supposed opt out option is a SHAM, because it does nothing to prevent the states opting out from having to pay for the ones permitting abortions.

Clearly, conservatives have our work cut out for us. With passage of this health care monstrosity all but certain now that Nelson has turned, barring a 12th hour surprise, we have to ensure that every single Senator and Representative that voted for it pays the ultimate political price for it. “This is not the beginning of the end, but it is perhaps the end of the beginning”. Isn’t it wonderful? Mrs Clinton spending money we DON’T HAVE now, the way she wished she could have spent it during her husband’s presidency. Gives you that warm glow, like a bonfire at the State Department. That fuzzy feeling that all liberals know and love, when their ‘well intended’ programs create HAVOC that they don’t have to pay for, solve, or be held responsible for because their INTENTIONS were good.

Hillary’s speech said it all. Billions of dollars to countries where the money is absolutely guaranteed to end up in the hands of whatever ruling junta of the day happens to be in control. Electrical turbine windmills and solar panels that magically transform into AK-47s, rocket-propelled grenades, mortars and hand grenades to perform the favorite third world version of birth control. It’s a vision any leftist will be proud of.

Meanwhile, back at the blizzard, things got hot around the campfire at the Copenhagen round up. The Anointed One’s less than inspirational envirobabble was payed at least as much attention to as one of his speeches around here lately, which is to say not much. A desperate and desperate appearing  Obama managed to cobble together a half-hearted, very sarcastically received, NON-BINDING agreement of sorts and skipped out of town before a vote could be taken, lest he be seen to preside over ANOTHER loss, then flew home to the largest Christmas blizzard in Washington for decades. Uh,  how’s that warming Barry?

Things in general just didn’t go well for the collection of losers that comprised the ZEALOTS BALL. Still trying to figure out what Nancy (Stretch) Pelosi was doing there, unless it was to convince the members there that they should contribute matching funds to her pork slush fund. Or maybe it was to give tutorials on slash and burn economics, something to which she can claim expertise. Then, Gordon Brown flying over there to use his vast intellectual vacuum to ‘create some movement’ in the Envirowacky process must have ‘em rollin’ in the aisles in Whitehall. Apparently, the major malfactors in this international CLOWN COLLEGE were so proud of their participation, many would not stay for the obligatory ROGUES GALLERY portrait to emblazen themselves into posterity. Shame that, would have made a great public hanging.

Back at the Senate, Ben Nelson (D) Neb. and Bob Casey (D) Penn. were at last report holding strong against the illegal and patently UNCONSTITUTIONAL machinations of Dingy Harry Reid, who is planning a Christmas Eve kamikaze vote on the Senate version of the bill. In desperation, DeMarxists could still opt to go the reconciliation route which would essentially gut the bill, albeit giving them a very tepid victory and almost guaranteeing lemming-like mass political suicide. Many members may think twice and even three times before throwing themselves off the cliff for an obsessed and unprincipled leadership, and a daily weakening and FAILING PRESIDENCY. Don’t slack up!! Keep going after them, even though many of the cowards have shut down their phone lines. Letters, emails, visits to local offices, telegrams, are ALL effective. Let them know WE WILL VOTE THEM OUT OF OFFICE. God bless you and God bless America!

And while you’re at it, do you think you could keep His Anointedness over there? After all, he is so, SO admired by the royalty of Europe. So the Demarxist juggernaut got stopped dead in its tracks by Senator Ben Nelson (I) Neb. as he resisted arm-twisting pressure to the tenth degree, including the naked threat by the always creepy and smarmy Rahm Emanuel to close Nebraska’s Offutt Air Force Base. One of our strategic bases and a vivid measure of the desperation of the Obama administration that they would PLACE OUR NATIONAL SECURITY AT RISK for political gain.

But then, one might say about His Mightiness… WHAT’S NEW? Obama and his ObaMaoists are as sleazy and dangerous as they get. Americans have taken heed and really don’t like what they see. In mounting numbers, the groundswell of opinion against this blatant takeover of our economy and our way of life is rapidly turning into a tsunami of active political resistance.

Arnold Schwarzenegger has flown to COPENHAGEN, presumably to advise the Danes on how to destroy the economy of their country as efficiently as he has presided over the environmentalists’ deconstruction of California.

Arnold came into office with a mandate from the people of California to straighten out the fiscal and regulatory nightmare that is Sacramento. A political cesspool second only to Washville in sleazy pork and corruption. What we got was Arnie getting his wrist slapped and then running behind his wife’s hard-left political apron strings, including buying into the entire pseudo-science of runaway environmental regulatory nazism. His cowardly ineptitude has taken a bad situation and turned it critical by any measure you’d care to use. Businesses failing, leaving the state, hundreds of thousands out of work and unemployment ranging from 12.5% to as high as 40% in the Great Central Valley. PLEASE, ARNOLD! Stay in Copenhagen. While you’re at it, keep the San Francisco treat with you.

Nancy Pelosi ( she of the stapled eyelids ) presided over the expenditure of 1.5 trillion dollars of pork-laden pseudo dollars last week, then just to make sure the record would stand she added another 155 billion non-existent dollars, also heavily greased with pork to it. PLEASE keep her there too.

The house has adjourned for Christmas. They call it the HOLIDAYS. This is another priceless opportunity to nail these people in their district offices and give them hell!! Don’t think Ben Nelson’s resistance would have occurred had it NOT been for YOUR activism. Don’t let up at all. As a matter of fact, we need to pour it on all the more. I have a friend who is one of these guys who talks a good game but never DID anything except complain. Even he has gotten off his political duff and is standing up and being counted. ACTIVATE yourself! ACTIVATE your friends and neighbors… Republican, Democrat or Independent – we ALL sink together!!
