May… the first of the month, international communism’s banner day, when the enlightened prance around maypoles singing ‘The International’… or else! They already had April 22 set aside as Earth Day, under the guise of international greenery and enough vacuum-brained kumbaya to gag a skunk ape.

In another coincidental, totally random accident of history, Vladimir Ilyich Lenin was born to well-off, upper middle class parents on April 22, 1870. Just goes to show you that privileged ingrates weren’t invented in the sixties. Then we have Karl Marx, who entered into this veil of tears on May 5, 1818… also of privileged background. That’s how it started back then. Those of privilege and wealth telling poor, uneducated masses that paradise lay around the corner… just trust us.

Not much has changed in the intervening years. It didn’t work then… it hasn’t worked anywhere since… it’s not working now, though the mouth that roared is doing his best to see it brought to fruition. Then the left ran into the Patriot Movement. It’s the left’s immovable object. It’s the American people and the American spirit in all its amazing resilience and determination.

Today, May 1st, in illegal alien enclaves all over the nation, illegal felons will parade demanding their rights in our sovereign nation. This column strongly urges any Patriots within any of these cities to find out where your local Tea Party groups are gathering to protest this blight upon our sovereign soil and the laws of our country, and join them.

Here, in the San Francisco Bay Area, the Bay Area Patriots are meeting at San Francisco City Hall at 12 noon today.

The Los Angeles Lame Stream press is already throwing out hysteria leads like ‘Tea Parties could mean trouble’ ad vomitum. If you recall last year, the only trouble came from the felonious felons themselves. Still, as they say, there is safety in numbers… especially in the world’s greatest outdoor toilet. If there are enough of us, the cretins will think twice about starting anything.

It came off like the Keystone Kops meet the Three Stooges. It was supposed to be funny… I think? It wasn’t. It was ugly, demeaning, and a very poor attempt to draw attention to issues… having a white comedian championing illegal (my word) alien field workers, and illegals in this country generally.

Whose idea was it to bring Mr Stephen Colbert in front of the House Judiciary Committee’s sub-committee on Immigration, Citizenship, Refugees, Border Security and International Law, anyway? What can somebody who went out to do one day of labor, sponsored by immigrant groups as a political stunt, add to discourse on the subject?

I wonder why they didn’t call on one or more of the tens of thousands of students who work the fields during summer break all over the nation. I worked the fields in the summer in the San Joaquin valley. Hey McCain!… it ain’t Yuma, but it’s damned close… 110-120 in the sun, with little or no air movement. But, it was a job; I was a student and I needed the money.

I purposely avoided writing about this for a couple of days because the whole charade made me so darned angry I was afraid I’d write something I’d regret. Not that it would get past Dee’s hawk-like scrutiny. Dee is the greatest editor you could possibly ask for… sometimes I think she’s channeling Attila the Hun though. But I digress.

Zoe Lofgren (D-CA16) is the sub-committee chairwoman, which should tell just about every conservative exactly where Colbert and Lofgren are coming from on the illegal immigration issue.

I’ve saved the sub-committee for last. You don’t belong in office… you’ve demeaned the process you are sworn to uphold. We’ve known that you’re a bunch of clowns for a very long time. I’m glad you’ve finally admitted it in public.

The entire mechanism of the left has just lit up like an Independence Day light show. Arizona has just re-erected the states’ rights issue… quite appropriate actually, given that the country is undergoing what may be described as a low-level, bloodless civil war.

The left is foaming at the mouth over Arizona’s heroic decision to stand and be counted. Every single illegal alien supporter, from Barack Hussein Obama right down to the lowest street apparatchik in MEChA, is buzzing like a stick-stirred nest of hornets. Obama babbled some inanity about the action being inappropriate. You bet Barry, right on, you betcha’.

Inappropriate, or rather inopportune, timing for Barry who had to have his bank bill scam leader John ‘Swiftboat’ Kerry pull the legislation down delaying a vote. Meanwhile, the entire DeMarxist establishment is faced with moving the timing of their next amnesty attempt up, now that they are faced with an actual state in rebellion against a federal government which has steadfastly refused to perform one of its primary duties… that of securing our borders from intrusion by illegals. We (Conservatives) knew we had a fight coming on the illegal issue again, so here it is. The illegal alien amnesty must not succeed. We have to stop it here and now.

What’s scaring the DeMarxists about the Arizona law outlawing illegal aliens is that they know that no matter how much noise they and the part-time law school lecturer make about it, the law passes Constitutional muster. Other states, border states in particular, are eying the same sort of law or similar action. We have what amounts to an undeclared war on our southern border. The Government of Barack Hussein Obama has ensured that our borders would remain open and vulnerable. He has ordered four hundred ICE (Border Patrol) agents removal from service in the border corridor since 2009.

A little side note here on rights. I have rights here… I’d have none in Mexico. I have a Constitution and Bill of Rights that enumerates those rights I hold as a United States citizen. Someone crossing our borders illegally is committing a crime and is a criminal in fact. An alien has no rights under our Constitution and an illegal alien even less. Don’t let these leftist lightweights change the language… they are illegal and nothing more.

We didn’t create the problem but we do have the solutions… stand strong on this. Congratulations and super kudos to Jan Brewer, Governor of Arizona, for her signing of the bill and making it law. By the way, I think there’s a movement out there to ambush the left on some of their May Day sacrilegious celebrations. Cool idea. Patriots counter-protesting on the high holy day of international communism. I like it. Just don’t go alone… stay in groups. We all saw what the left’s heroes did to that assistant of Governor Jindal… they’re good at picking on girls and old people.

Does anyone out there seriously think we need six more years of John McCain’s RINO deal-making with the very people who are trying to steal our freedoms? McCain, coming off of his failed Presidential bid, has garnered the support of some fellow RINOs in the party such as Florida Governor Charlie Crist, in payment of political favors received, and Sarah Palin, I imagine for much the same reason.

I wish she’d reconsider. I’m beginning to think that she may need to go back and re-tool her political science and history credentials, given her glaring inability to field Bill O’Reilly’s questions on their recent interview. Don’t get me wrong, I like Sarah Palin and see her as a potential superstar in the Conservative political movement. But if she can’t get past O’Reilly, who after all was simply reiterating criticisms and questions that had already been posited, she’d have one hell of a time on the national political stage and in particular a 2012 presidential bid.

Her support for McCain may prove a liability in the eyes of Conservatives, and not a few Independents, who view John McCain as being far too liberal on critical issues facing this country. There are far too many people like myself who remember one of McCain’s more enduring political liabilities, the 2002 McCain-Feingold Act, thankfully largely overturned by a recent Supreme Court decision. All leftist media bleating and ’soft money’ blather aside, this bill was nothing more than a direct assault on the FIRST AMENDMENT of our Constitution.

ANY act that bridles or abridges the right of free speech, whether for an individual, a group of individuals, a club, company, corporation or union, is a direct violation of the First Amendment of our Constitution. That McCain was willing to sell the Constitution he SWORE to defend down the river for short term political gain says worlds about him.

Another McCain super liability, one which arguably may have tipped the balance in costing him the support of Conservatives and Independents, was his support for the McCain-Kennedy Comprehensive Amnesty Bill. McCain was always at the forefront of those who stated that ‘WE HAD TO’ have illegal aliens in this country to do the work that AMERICANS wouldn’t do. Voters remembered an ill-conceived statement in front of a blue-collar audience that Americans couldn’t work in the lettuce fields. He foolishly challenged, “You can’t do it my friend”.

The entire illegal alien question is the silent ‘third rail’ of American politics. The left wants illegals for a super welfare-class of guaranteed Democrat voters. Conversely, business sees them as a continuing source of low cost labor. AMERICAN CITIZENS, including most HISPANICS, see them as a drag on the economy, on social services, on the criminal justice system, on education and on the sovereignty of the nation. That’s what McCain is remembered for.

Then there was the ‘GANG OF FOURTEEN’ in which McCain supported the Democrats in sustaining judicial filibusters. Thumbing his nose and then sticking it in the eye of Conservatives to boot. His oft-touted ‘maverick’ status which brought him the attention and plaudits of the liberal press did little to endear him to us. With a record like this one wonders why the citizens of Arizona continued to return him to the Senate term after term?

There is the propensity of all voters to return incumbents to office however illogical that may seem. In John McCain’s case there is his status as a genuine VietNam war hero. His jet fighter was shot down over North VietNam, he was captured and was severely brutalized and tortured while a POW. No one, least of all me, a Marine Veteran, would dishonor that. His politics however are a different matter.

J.D. Hayworth

McCain may be challenged by a solid conservative, former Representative J.D. Hayworth, who has not actually declared at this time. McCain’s people are in a positive sweat at this and are pulling out all the stops to try and discredit Hayworth. This alone would have a tendency to make me want to support him. With a rock-solid Conservative philosophy on all of the issues that are dear to Americans and Arizonians, Hayworth stands a good chance of defeating McCain. As a Conservative, if Hayworth declares I’m going to throw my support behind him. I urge you all to investigate his record and background as I have and support him as well.

There are a lot of self-important and self-aggrandizing ‘power brokers’ in Washington that won’t be there come this time next year. It’s not just the tunnel-visioned hypocrites in the Senate that are in the cross-hairs either. The House of Representatives has MUCH to answer to the American voters for also.

Look for the DeMarxists to try to drive a wedge between the GOP and the TEA PARTY CONSERVATIVES. The facts are that the VAST majority of this country do identify themselves as conservative, for all the bleating of the lame stream socio-marxist media and the Maobamatons of the administration. The very people they have been crapping all over for years have been bulking up on the CONSTITUTION and the words of the FOUNDERS, the BILL OF RIGHTS and the DECLARATION OF INDEPENDENCE. They have remembered WHO and WHAT they are.

The Americans Are Coming!

All prognostications for next year’s elections are indicating grim prospects for politicians whom the American voter has determined are responsible for, and are in favor of, the OPPRESSIVE legislation now working its way through Congress. Whether by active or passive support, Americans are taking note and remembering. No matter if it was in favor of the massive pork ’stimulus’ funds the DeMarxists voted for themselves, or the fraudulent and UNCONSTITUTIONAL health care bill, to the economic disaster that is CAP and TAX, to the upcoming and soon to be introduced AMNESTY FOR ILLEGAL ALIENS – better known as the DeMarxist welfare constituent voter-for-life bill.

Americans have also figured out who and what was responsible for the economic collapse in the first place. The hysteria generation that worked so well that first time hasn’t done so well recently, have you noticed? The pandemic they worked so hard to gin up. When was the last time you heard about that? Notice the layers of lies they have piled on about the incipient environmental disasters we DON’T face, which are peeling away like the skins of an onion.

The CITIZENS AND TAXPAYERS OF AMERICA HAVE PLAINLY HAD IT. There is a new revolution out there and it’s growing in intensity daily. We will not be denied. It’s our America and we will preserve it.

Cap and Trade is a lot like what we used to call Search and Destroy, with the emphasis on destroy because that is exactly the effect it would have on our already staggering economy.

Americans, having had a severe gut check behind His Imminence Barack the First’s proposed fiscal nightmares, are telegraphing Congress that it better have as much chance of passing as the proverbial snowball in hell…or else.

Representatives, that hung it all in the wind for Obama, Pelosi and Reid on the House’s bare passage of the health care bill, are having  buyers regret now that the steaming mad public whiplash is being felt. Serious challenges are being mounted in all marginal Democratic districts as we speak and in many that are not.

The triumvirate of the the Obama administration’s dream list is the health care theft of 1/6 of the US economy; the cap and tax bone crusher of American jobs, American industry, American families; and the AMNESTY FOR ILLEGAL ALIENS bill, which is even now being worked on by both Democrats and Republicans who, by the way, should be targeted to be voted out of office as well. That’s another story.

The Health Care issue is on life support over in the Senate and unlikely to emerge any time soon, if at all. Harry Reid may try for the ‘nuclear’ option on it by sending it to budget reconciliation, which would require only 51 votes. Democrats rightly fear that this measure would create a political backlash that most are unwilling to face in 2010.

Cap and Trade, the second pillar of the Obama drive to force socialization upon the American people, is ‘on the back burner’ for now for much the same reason. Lawmakers are beginning to understand that the STAGGERING cost to the economy and the American people is a price that cannot be born…hence another potential tidal wave of political mayhem. The surest indication of this is the announcement from the Copenhagen committee that there ‘will be no legally binding treaty’ at the ‘climate’ summit.

What that means, by the way, is that without the co-operation of the United States of America the economics of the whole thing just won’t work. It’s the same reason KYOTO didn’t work…no US to bleed dry. Without India and China and with the EU faltering,  it turns the upcoming Copenhagen conference into so much hot air and the chief source of that hot gas will be Barack Obama.

More words than the New Testament of the Bible…precisely 2.2 million dollars per word. One thing is for certain, there was not one word that came out of the Speaker’s mouth at the CLOSED INVITATION ONLY unveiling  that was the truth. Just as they did every thing else with this gargantuan power grab, behind closed doors and in the dark of night, this bill has been read by very few. Hillary Clinton’s failed attempt only had 1300 pages. What we do know of it stinks to high heaven. The 1.44 trillion projected by the CBO will become FOURTEEN times that, using the Medicare experience and everything else the government does as a gauge. The Senate Republicans have demanded that Harry Reid submit the bill to them for detailed scrutiny. This bill, like everything else this Congress and Administration has done, is a sham and a failure. Just as the much vaunted stimulus has resulted in barely over 1000 jobs and the ‘Cash for Clunkers’ program ended costing US taxpayers 24,000.00 dollars per vehicle, pulling 125,000 mostly desirable used cars away from  the market place, the sale of which would normally benefit lower income purchasers. The claim is that it is budget neutral. That’s an out and out lie. It includes the public option, which Pelosi and Reid were forced by the extreme left of the party and allies to include, though it bodes ill for the passage of the bill. It also includes funding for abortions which the Republicans and 40 or more Democrats have said they will not vote for. This bill has coverage for ILLEGAL ALIENS. The Bluedog Democrats have stated they want more information. This also does not bode well for the passage of this bill. This is a HUGELY regressive power grab with thousands of SHALLS in it, each with its threat of punitive fines or imprisonment and back-breaking taxation, which is a huge gun pointed directly at the freedom of every United States citizen. It is for this precise reason that our forefathers chose to throw off the yoke of tyranny to become a free people. Americans  are rightfully incensed. The American people are about to speak in Virginia, New Jersey and New York. It’s a harbinger of things to come. Nancy…Keep your historic moment! We don’t want your European Socialist Healthcare!

This story is starting to pick up some traction and we need to keep up the pressure on Pima County Administrator Chuck Huckelberry [contact information below], the State Bar of Arizona and the ethics review boards of the Bar and Pima County Merit Rules and Personnel Policies [Pima County Human Resources].

Speaking of the Pima County Merit Rules and Personnel Policies, they can be found here. Isabel Garcia has violated Rule 7-119 [Rules of Conduct] and the disciplinary procedures are addressed under Rule 12 [Disciplinary Actions, Administrative Suspension and Administrative Suspension; specifically Rule 12.1 C 10 and 12].  I know people who were fired for "dirty" emails on county time--Garcia's behavior is far more egregious in scope and gravity.

I also reported this woman to the State Attorney and received this response via email:

I would strongly suggest taking this action as well and keep flooding them with reports.

It's interesting to note the media in Tucson [the notable exception, of course, being Jon Justice' morning show on 104.1 The Truth, from 6-9am Monday through Friday, who first broke the story] has yet to pick up this story but has, in fact, buried it, despite the outcry from the citizens of Tucson wanting investigation and exposure.  Of course, Garcia is a democrat and figures she's protected. 

However. Legal, taxpaying citizens of Tucson, those who pay Garcia's wage, have spread the word far and wide.  Michelle Malkin has two stories about this incident, "Unhinged in Arizona: Open Borders mob, led by public official, ravages Joe Arpaio effigy" here and "Tucson open-borders official gloats about effigy-beating here". So far, there are 211 comments on the first article and 39 on the second article. Some of those comments are hilarious, yet a few bring home a point people are noticing and it's not a pretty point.
