Conservative Commentary Without Compromise

By John Barnhart, Executive Editor, American Daily Review

All one need do is watch the news regarding politics and religion during the holidays to discover that there is indeed a culture war going on in America.

The reason the war exists at all is because secular progressives cannot stand practicing Jews, Catholics, Protestants, Evangelical Christians or Christianity, they do not want to answer to God for their behavior, and the concept of a natural connection between Jews and Christians as it relates to the birth of our nation, the U.S. Constitution and service to Jehovah is even more repugnant to them.

In addition, secular progressives are on a mission to confuse others who are stuck in the middle, lost, unsure what they believe, or are atheist republicans and pull them over to “the dark side” if they can.

To find evidence of the hatred secular progressives have for organized, reverent religion and our Lord who inspires it, just study Supreme Court and other case law.

Secular progressives support the sadistic slaughter of innocent babies, they hate any allowance of prayer in school, they force people to consider and discuss homosexuality, bestiality and other sexual deviancy like the pedophilia that the North American Man Boy Love Association promotes as “normal.”

The Ten Commandments, The Holy Bible, the Crucifix, the Cross, the Star of David, “In God We Trust”, “One Nation Under God” and many other religious icons, traditions, phrases, publications, are under constant attack from secular progressives depending on where and how they are discussed or displayed.

Ruthless, Godless, secular progressives constantly shove their empty, selfish, deviant lifestyles in the face of God fearing believers while trashing us and God in the process. They use the media, science, education and the judicial system to help them in their quest to rid our nation of any reference to God, and they make huge efforts to pit Jews, Catholics, Protestants, and Evangelical Christians against one another.

The way that they twist our faith and portray us angers me greatly, especially when I see their pundits on CNN and other media outlets discussing us as in a negative way as if having a deep seeded faith is a bad thing or just a stupid superstition.

Then they push the envelope and try to split us by saying thing like these…

“Hey you there…yes you… you Jew, you Christian, you Catholic, do you realize how many times that Israel has stolen intelligence material from the United States… the country that “props them up,” or “hey have you forgotten how many Jews and Protestants were killed by Catholics”, and oh yes then there is this old method… “Do you not remember that each of your faith’s have different beliefs in regards to if there is a Heaven, a Hell, a Messiah and if it was or was not Jesus?” And of course it eventually comes down to “where is and who is this God you speak of and why would he allow people to live in horrible poverty and die horrible deaths?” OR “anyone who believes that there is a God is stupid, and uneducated.”

They demonize us by bringing up the worst elements of our histories or the most “unbelievable” stories, “myths” and “legends” of our common Biblical heritage in hopes we will feed on one another instead of closing ranks.

They cite The Crusades, The Inquisition, The Slaughter of the Innocents by Herod the Great, Noah’s Flood, Adam and Eve, Joshua’s bloody battles in Canaan where “God told him to do it”, the mere belief in God, the very concept of or belief in a Messiah, they even use Abraham’s potential sacrifice of his own son to cast shadows on us when some nutty mother or father does something evil like kill their own kids and it makes huge headlines.

What they don’t realize is that for me, and many like me, whether I was a Catholic, a Protestant or an Evangelical Christian, my beliefs will never waver. I will always believe that God gave Israel to the Jews, and that he gave “the free world” especially America, to the Jew and to the Christian so we may live free and enjoy liberty without fear of religious persecution.

To me, secular progressives have chosen to not just oppose our common beliefs but to trample on them, twist them, spit on them, etc. and as such they might as well have declared war on Jehovah God himself and then tied a mill stone around their necks and launched themselves into the deepest ocean.

I have little to no sympathy for them!

The people I care about are those who are “lost.” They “recognize there might be a God” but they don’t have a relationship with him, or they recognize Israel’s right to The Holy Land but don’t understand why, they just think it’s because of the holocaust and they have no clue to the deeper meaning.

Moderate, Atheist or agnostic “conservatives” are you listening? There is more to this conservatism we hold dear than just simple economic politics. REAL conservatism truly comes down to faith in God and his promise to watch over us, if we only do the few simple things he asks and move our nation in his direction.

REAL conservatives recognize the right way to live because of our faith not because of our wallets.

Anyway, with all that said, I will leave readers with this…

Despite secular progressive’s attacks and attempts to divide politically conservative Jews and Christians in the culture war, I will NEVER feel guilty for being a Judeo-Christian, I will NEVER renounce or relinquish my faith in God or deny God’s promises to his chosen people regarding The Holy Land.

I will NEVER stop offering conservative commentary without compromise, and neither should anyone else.

Re-Occupy Gaza -- or evacuate the Jews from Israel (expansion of prior post)

in

Via Roger Simon's Dinner in Gaza, I have a suggested pair of policy options for Israel.

Occupy better -- or leave.

M.A.D. ain't gonna work with Mad Mullahs. Probably. Who knows? I say it's an 80% of working, meaning that if Iran gets a nuke, within 5 years they, or 'someone (un-identified)', uses it on Tel Aviv. It's only a 20% (my guess -- why don't others try to quantify their own guesses?) risk! If I were King of Israel: yes, SECRETLY warn France that Paris WILL be a target if a nuke lands; and London, and Berlin, and ... even Rome???Certainly Moscow? or St. Petersburg (sub launched from Baltic?).  And of course Tehran & Cairo & Damascus & Riyad h. [But would the leaders believe the moral Jews would really do it?  I'm not sure I believe they would.][King /off]Evacuation is better.Really.  The Jews have FAILED at creating a democracy at peace with their Palestinian neighbors.  They FAILED at post '67 Occupation. If I were King (cont.)Re-occupy Gaza, about 100 000 Palestinians near the border at a time.  Use the streets and put up the big concrete barriers to reduce Palestinian movement.  Declare Martial Law in the new Israel Occupation Zone.  Draft all able-bodied Israeli Arabs into a new, Arab-Jew (not Muslim-Jew) reconcilliation force.Temporarily Evacuate that part of Gaza (~100 000 Palestinians), separating able bodied men from the rest. Israel should create a digital Palestinian passport, with foto and fingerprints, for all Palestinian 'guest refugees'.Create work camps and construction groups who build temporary structures, and do humane, productivity oriented re-education towards jobs.Daily bus tours, required, of the sex-segregated Palestinians thru Israel, explaining how Israel is successful thru loving peace, and Palestine is a failure thru accepting leaders the prefer death.Israel does NOT have time for the Palestinians to evolve their own civilized, peace-loving, neighbor accepting nation state.  Israel NEEDS to learn how to spread democracy at the point of a bayonet. There is no time to wait for a Gaza Awakening.  But there is still time to intensely do house to house searching, and find most of the bad Hamas guys among the first 100 000, and punish them.  Certainly if guns are illegal, and the houses are searched, and weapons found, those folks with fingerprints (matched against the Palestinian Passport) on the guns can be called terrorists.  Begin executing the 'terrorist spies', in accordance with the Geneva Convention.  Those Hamas folk who weren't wearing uniforms are spies.Maybe allow Hamas folk to emigrate / gain asylum, if some foreign country accepts them and they surrender any right to return, upon pain of death.Help groups of Palestinians start little companies, restaurants, merchant markets, computer repair work -- and provide real money for them to earn, with real interesting stuff to buy.  Focus primarily on the carrot, not stick, at changing behaviors -- do the desired stuff and get cash, don't do it, or object to doing it, and get no cash.In other words, Do Occupation & Re-Education Correctly.Special handling for UN folk -- challenge their support efforts thru following cash.  The cash they can't prove, thru documents, that went to aid, will be assumed to be used in support of terrorists attempting to murder Jews.  ???  Nahhhh.  If Israel doesn't so something different to change the minds of the Palestinians, then evacuation will be the last option better than MAD. (The USA should accept all Jews from Israel if Iran is within 3 month of getting a nuke.)

Obama's Jesse Jackson Problem

Speaking about an Obama Administration, Jesse Jackson lashes against so-called Zionists who control America.

Will McCain raise this in tonight's debate? Its a potent issue.

WHAT SARAH WOULD'VE SAID

This week Macmooddidajihad comes to America once again and is given a platform to spew his hate and anti Israel and American rhetoric at the headquarters of the toothless tiger we like to call the United Nations. If you read into his speech you'll see that the American left and most jilted Ron Paul voters share the same sentiment as the middle eastern Hitler in platform shoes.

He spoke of the "evil Zionists murders, American empire nearing it's end, freeing Palestine and the withdrawal US troops from Iraq." Scroll through the top myspace blogs and you'll see liberals and jilted Ron Paulies spewing the same shit.

I'm most disappointed and disillusioned with liberal Jews here in New York who politicked Sarah Palin and denied her a chance to speak at an anti-AM rally. This, of course, was due to Hillary Clinton being invited at this rally as well. Hillary made a non-partisan issue a partisan one, refused to attend and the liberal Jewish organizations honored Clinton by un-inviting Palin.

If you're Jewish or someone who "stands with Israel", please don't come to this blog and call me anti-Semite. I understand why we're allies with Israel. But what are we getting out of it? I've had Jewish friends all of my life and I've always asked them, why are you a liberal Democrat? Why do you support a political party of liberals who continue to hang Israel out to dry? Why do you support a political group who endorse "talking" to those who want to wipe your people off the map? Why don't you support Republicans or conservatives who continually support your home country and bend over backwards for your people?

I never get a straight answer. Below is the speech that Sarah Palin would give if she was allowed. It's clear she gets it. Liberals and Jewish Organizations who have pledged their allegiance to the Democratic Party, as usual, don't.

I am honored to be with you and with leaders from across this great country — leaders from different faiths and political parties united in a single voice of outrage.

Tomorrow, Mahmoud Ahmadinejad will come to New York — to the heart of what he calls the Great Satan — and speak freely in this, a country whose demise he has called for.

Ahmadinejad may choose his words carefully, but underneath all of the rhetoric is an agenda that threatens all who seek a safer and freer world. We gather here today to highlight the Iranian dictator's intentions and to call for action to thwart him.

He must be stopped.

The world must awake to the threat this man poses to all of us. Ahmadinejad denies that the Holocaust ever took place. He dreams of being an agent in a "Final Solution" — the elimination of the Jewish people. He has called Israel a "stinking corpse" that is "on its way to annihilation." Such talk cannot be dismissed as the ravings of a madman — not when Iran just this summer tested long-range Shahab-3 missiles capable of striking Tel Aviv, not when the Iranian nuclear program is nearing completion, and not when Iran sponsors terrorists that threaten and kill innocent people around the world.

The Iranian government wants nuclear weapons. The International Atomic Energy Agency reports that Iran is running at least 3,800 centrifuges and that its uranium enrichment capacity is rapidly improving. According to news reports, U.S. intelligence agencies believe the Iranians may have enough nuclear material to produce a bomb within a year.

The world has condemned these activities. The United Nations Security Council has demanded that Iran suspend its illegal nuclear enrichment activities. It has levied three rounds of sanctions. How has Ahmadinejad responded? With the declaration that the "Iranian nation would not retreat one iota" from its nuclear program.

So, what should we do about this growing threat? First, we must succeed in Iraq. If we fail there, it will jeopardize the democracy the Iraqis have worked so hard to build, and empower the extremists in neighboring Iran. Iran has armed and trained terrorists who have killed our soldiers in Iraq, and it is Iran that would benefit from an American defeat in Iraq.

If we retreat without leaving a stable Iraq, Iran's nuclear ambitions will be bolstered. If Iran acquires nuclear weapons — they could share them tomorrow with the terrorists they finance, arm, and train today. Iranian nuclear weapons would set off a dangerous regional nuclear arms race that would make all of us less safe.

But Iran is not only a regional threat; it threatens the entire world. It is the no. 1 state sponsor of terrorism. It sponsors the world's most vicious terrorist groups, Hamas and Hezbollah. Together, Iran and its terrorists are responsible for the deaths of Americans in Lebanon in the 1980s, in Saudi Arabia in the 1990s, and in Iraq today. They have murdered Iraqis, Lebanese, Palestinians, and other Muslims who have resisted Iran's desire to dominate the region. They have persecuted countless people simply because they are Jewish.

Iran is responsible for attacks not only on Israelis, but on Jews living as far away as Argentina. Anti-Semitism and Holocaust denial are part of Iran's official ideology and murder is part of its official policy. Not even Iranian citizens are safe from their government's threat to those who want to live, work, and worship in peace. Politically-motivated abductions, torture, death by stoning, flogging, and amputations are just some of its state-sanctioned punishments.

It is said that the measure of a country is the treatment of its most vulnerable citizens. By that standard, the Iranian government is both oppressive and barbaric. Under Ahmadinejad's rule, Iranian women are some of the most vulnerable citizens.

If an Iranian woman shows too much hair in public, she risks being beaten or killed.

If she walks down a public street in clothing that violates the state dress code, she could be arrested.

But in the face of this harsh regime, the Iranian women have shown courage. Despite threats to their lives and their families, Iranian women have sought better treatment through the "One Million Signatures Campaign Demanding Changes to Discriminatory Laws." The authorities have reacted with predictable barbarism. Last year, women's rights activist Delaram Ali was sentenced to 20 lashes and 10 months in prison for committing the crime of "propaganda against the system." After international protests, the judiciary reduced her sentence to "only" 10 lashes and 36 months in prison and then temporarily suspended her sentence. She still faces the threat of imprisonment.

Earlier this year, Senator Clinton said that "Iran is seeking nuclear weapons, and the Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps is in the forefront of that" effort. Senator Clinton argued that part of our response must include stronger sanctions, including the designation of the IRGC as a terrorist organization. John McCain and I could not agree more.

Senator Clinton understands the nature of this threat and what we must do to confront it. This is an issue that should unite all Americans. Iran should not be allowed to acquire nuclear weapons. Period. And in a single voice, we must be loud enough for the whole world to hear: Stop Iran!

Only by working together, across national, religious, and political differences, can we alter this regime's dangerous behavior. Iran has many vulnerabilities, including a regime weakened by sanctions and a population eager to embrace opportunities with the West. We must increase economic pressure to change Iran's behavior.

Tomorrow, Ahmadinejad will come to New York. On our soil, he will exercise the right of freedom of speech — a right he denies his own people. He will share his hateful agenda with the world. Our task is to focus the world on what can be done to stop him.

We must rally the world to press for truly tough sanctions at the U.N. or with our allies if Iran's allies continue to block action in the U.N. We must start with restrictions on Iran's refined petroleum imports.

We must reduce our dependency on foreign oil to weaken Iran's economic influence.

We must target the regime's assets abroad; bank accounts, investments, and trading partners.

President Ahmadinejad should be held accountable for inciting genocide, a crime under international law.

We must sanction Iran's Central Bank and the Revolutionary Guard Corps — which no one should doubt is a terrorist organization.

Together, we can stop Iran's nuclear program.

Senator McCain has made a solemn commitment that I strongly endorse: Never again will we risk another Holocaust. And this is not a wish, a request, or a plea to Israel's enemies. This is a promise that the United States and Israel will honor, against any enemy who cares to test us. It is John McCain's promise and it is my promise.

Thank you.

Ahmadinejad, Hillary and Democrats

It seems according to this report  www.israelnationalnews.com/News/News.aspx/127679 running on Arutz Sheva, silly politics has become more important that defending Israel.

Since the anti-Ahmadinejad at the UN rally has become a political affair, it should be cancelled. If Jews cannot even get together and use what ever means possible to protest the terrorist from Teheran, and in Elul nonetheless, it is better not to even try.

This failure to even schedule speakers, (yes all who can help should come, Hillary as well as Gov. Palin) is embarrassing. Iran and all islamic fascist terrorists are strengthened by our divisions and dis-unity.

And, thanks democrat-liberal Jews for finally admitting that your political agenda comes before the well-being of your brethren in Israel.  And to the democrats in general, thanks for your whole hearted support of the Jewish people. The parted curtains reveal a petty political organization of easily offended operatives who hold by “my way or the highway”. I call upon the democrat party to send a high level representative to NY, (if the event is not cancelled) possibly even one of the two candidates on their presidential ticket and I call upon the organizers to re-invite Sarah Palin. Don’t force the conclusion upon the world that you only care about Israel and the Jews when it is politically convenient to do so.

Iran and the madman must be stopped but more importantly, the unification of the Jews must begin. The first goal cannot be met until the second goal is achieved.

I remember attending the big Soviet Jewry rally in DC in the late 80's. Politicians from across the spectrum spoke and to my knowledge, no one was axed due to party affiliation. HaShem should have mercy on his people.

The Role of Religion in Picking a President

http://www.jta.org/cgi-bin/iowa/news/article/20080709mccainreligious.html  Religious Jews support U.S. Sen. John McCain for president in much higher numbers than non-religious Jews, a poll found. - JTA

Published: 07/09/2008

Religious Jews support U.S. Sen. John McCain for president in much higher numbers than non-religious Jews, a poll found.

The 39 percent of U.S. Jews who said religion is important in their daily lives evenly split their support for the presumptive candidates in November -- Arizona's McCain for the Republicans and Illinois Sen. Barack Obama for the Democrats -- at 45 percent, according to a http://www.gallup.com/poll/108688/Religious-Intensity-Predicts-Support-McCain.aspx   Gallup Poll released Tuesday.

For Jews who said religion is not important, however, McCain picked up only 26 percent to 68 percent for Obama.

For all Americans who say religion is important, McCain received the support of 50 percent to Obama's 40 percent. Those who said religion is not important backed Obama over McCain, 55 percent to 36 percent.

The percentage of Jews who said religion was important fell well below the overall national average. Nearly two-thirds of Americans surveyed said religion is important to them, according to the poll.

Nearly 95,000 registered voters were interviewed as part of Gallup Poll Daily tracking between March and June.

The Power of a Pup - The Impurity of a Religion

From Steve Gill Show: www.gillreport.com/dn_archive.php

MUSLIMS OUTRAGED OVER PUPPY AD! - July 1, 2008 - 08:20
The "peaceful and tolerant" Muslims in Scotland have their knickers in a twist over an advertisement for the local police department that featured a small black puppy sitting in a policeman's hat. Isn't it amazing that these folks won't get outraged over the brutal jihadist murder of innocent people in the name of Allah but DO get bent out of shape over a puppy? http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-1030798/Muslims-outraged-police-advert-featuring-cute-puppy-sitting-policemans-hat.html   Maybe if he was sitting in a turban...

___________________________________________________________________________

A "tail" of Western Civilization and Muslim fanatacism:

The advert has upset Muslims because dogs are considered ritually unclean and has sparked such anger that some shopkeepers in Dundee have refused to display the advert.

A spokesman for Tayside Police said: 'Trainee police dog Rebel has proved extremely popular with children and adults since being introduced to the public, aged six weeks old, as Tayside Police's newest canine recruit.

As radio host Steve Gill pointed out you don't see riots when raging speeches calling for jihad are broadcasted worldwide, chants of death to the Jews, death to the Americans echoed by thousands of enthusiastic death seeking followers, but an 'impure' puppy causes hysteria.

Hey - followers of Mohammed, how about some riots on behalf of the victims of honor killings and against the abuse of children by fanatic parents dressing them in bomb belts, holding real weapons and glorifying suicide assassination?
