Some good news for Conservatives. Rush Limbaugh is out of the hospital and his doctors found no evidence of heart attack or heart disease. He stated he’ll be back on his regularly scheduled broadcasts later this week. Rush’s audience tops FOURTEEN MILLION listeners per week. That’s more than just about all the lame stream media combined.

What’s incredible is that Rush’s audiences continue to grow on a daily basis, despite the worst the left can throw at him. It says something about the LANGUAGE of truth. It has an irresistible appeal to those who seek it, and Americans were and are thirsty indeed after decades of being deceived and lied to by the left and their willing accomplices and lapdogs of the so-called ‘main stream media’. Happy New Year, Rush!

The New Year begins a mid-term election cycle that has no few incumbents wondering whether they will be around at this time next year, and with good reason. There has never in the history of this magnificent nation been a cabal sponsoring a criminal enterprise such as we have been confronted with in the Obama administration and the DeMarxist controlled Congress. Faced by a maelstrom of resistance by the FINALLY unified Republican minority and the overwhelming majority of the American people, Obama, Pelosi, Reid and the Marxist THUGOCRACY are pulling out all the stops in order to force through their ILLEGAL and PATENTLY UNCONSTITUTIONAL takeover of ONE SIXTH of our total economy.

What has them rattled though is that they are realizing that WE know that it’s not at all about health care. It’s about the COMMUNIST takeover of this country. It’s about the acquisition of raw power and the exercise thereof. Let’s call it what it is. Recognizing what it is will let us march to defeat it on every front.

This last year has shown us the worst political and economic management in living memory, possibly in the entire history of this Republic. It has also shown us the coalescence of Conservative and Independent PATRIOTS by the MILLIONS and the TENS of MILLIONS of taxpaying, VOTING Americans who have vowed to sweep them out of office. AND WE SHALL.

The Latin word for truth is veritas. It’s something with which Mr Post Partisan has very little intercourse with. There was the truth and it knew him not. A lot of people who should have known better allowed this political relative  newcomer to overshadow their usually reliable common sense, so there are plenty of people out there to share the DUH! factor.

We also saw the hardcore leftist ideology of Nancy Pelosi  and Harry Reid coming down the pike. Still reeling and half in disbelief of what they had allowed to befall themselves through the Republican ‘leadership’, if you can call it that. Still, they thought they had a stake in the game, deluding themselves and us in the process. Laughable given the circumstances.

None of us Conservatives out here have forgotten a single moment of the Bush years. We watched in horror as the Republicrats tried to out-liberal those who were expert at it, and accommodate themselves into losing on issue after issue. Very reminiscent of Barry Hussein’s feckless groveling to his middle-eastern brethren, only to come away with nothing and the DeMarxists getting everything they wanted to start with. Ergo: Bush/Kennedy and that execrecable education bill for example.

We watched Republican after Republican sounding and acting EXACTLY like their counterparts across the aisle, BLITHELY ignoring the mutterings, increasingly vocal and louder protestations of their constituents. The disgust of the Conservative base and the abandonment of the independents who had supported them, walking away in disenchantment, set the stage for the Democratic sweep to power in 2006, also setting the stage for 2008 as the thoroughly appalled base abandoned an increasingly out of touch and WEAK party leadership.

This persisted through the 2008 Presidential campaign with the selection of what turned out to be our ‘Bob Dole’, Sen John McCain, who actually never had a marshmallow’s chance in hell of being elected. In fact, the sole product of that campaign being the ‘discovery’ and emergence of one who will be the CONSERVATIVE REPUBLICAN party’s superstar, SARAH PALIN. Which is why they assault her the way they do…they see what I see…a bright, articulate, conservative woman ‘who gets it’ and connects on every level with the American voter.

This is all well and good you say? What does all this have to do with the truth and Barack Obama, his administration and the DeMarxist majority in Congress? Politicians lie. Unfortunate though it may be, we’ve come to expect a certain amount of it. This BUNCH have taken it to a whole new level and  language of lies and deceit. Barack Obama lies through his eyeteeth every time he opens his mouth. So do Pelosi, Reid and every single member of both Houses beholden to this bunch of thieves. They lie, cheat and steal on a grand scale that not even Joseph Goebbels would recognize – and he wrote the book on it.

The unforeseen consequence of this has been the resurgence of the American Patriot. Genuine grassroots CONSTITUTIONAL PATRIOTISM not seen since the days of the ‘Greatest Generation’. It is a tidal wave which shall sweep these criminally responsible politicians from the American scene in 2010…and correct a historical mistake in 2012. Keep your faith in your Conservative ideals and the Constitution of this great country. These people are scared and they are about to become even more frightened…

Senator John McCain stated last week that he had no idea what was in the back-room deal sent to the Congressional Budget Office for evaluation by Harry Reid. Dick Durbin, the number two Democrat in the Senate, told Senator McCain he didn’t either. That ‘deal’ fell by the wayside, as Senator Joe Lieberman flatly stated he would join the Republicans in opposing any bill that would add 55-60 year old Americans to the Medicare rolls, thereby destroying a program already on life support.

In what has to be one of the most glaring exhibitions of legislative desperation in living memory, Dingy Harry promised to ‘drop’ the public option in order to turn Lieberman on the issue. This has been the signatory feature of the bill, which he stated only last weekend HAD to be in the legislation, and which the extreme left has insisted upon.

This, folks, is just like those old used-car commercials we used to see on Saturday nights on TV. With each ad getting more and more spectacular, all the while the consumer ends up with the same old clunker. Only THAT clunker didn’t threaten to break the bank and cost TWO POINT FOUR TRILLION, to as much in some estimates as SEVEN TRILLION DOLLARS.

So while Dingy Harry plays his version of let’s make a deal, and Barry Hussein is saying the world is on the precipice if we don’t get passage on a bill that NO ONE HAS READ, there’s a vast amount of arm twisting going on. It’s like this. This is for all the bananas…there are four Senators who are pivotal on this bill that Dingy Harry has to have. Thousands of patriots have gathered in the Capitol mall to rally, and once again go into the capitol office buildings and confront our Senators with the FACTS. Over 60% of Americans are dead set against this health care legislation…America doesn’t want mandatory heath care – period! America doesn’t want government in control of their lives, their health care or any thing else.

Four Senators you need to concentrate on. Joe Lieberman, (I) Conn. His constituents need to let him know that they will vote him out of office if he votes yes on this bill. Ditto Ben Nelson, (D) Neb., Jim Webb (D) VA., and of course Olympia Snowe, (R) Maine. Your letters, telegrams, emails, phone calls and for those of you in range of the beltway visits to the Senate offices, all carry weight. Don’t kid yourselves that although they pretend to be bullet proof these people aren’t feeling the EXTREME displeasure of the American people. Come next November, there will be a SEA CHANGE in American politics of historic proportions. KEEP IT UP!! LET THEM KNOW HOW YOU FEEL!!

AMAZING. First the increase in spending limits that the Senate Oinkers approved, and which Obama signed on to, has the Larders scrambling for more and more PORK. In the same breath Obama is encouraging banks to issue more risky loans, for which he intends to use TARP money to back up. Once again in clear violation of the law. Our public debt grew by one trillion, three hundred and ninety seven billion dollars. Uh, that was last month folks.

Then, without a blink, the House approved the MASSIVE FY10 Omnibus Appropriations Bill, which according to Representative Jason Chaffetz, (R) Utah, provides massive funding increases for INTERNATIONAL FAMILY PLANNING, domestic family planning and condom promotion.

Rep. Chaffetz, “We are in debt up to our eyeballs, living on a credit card, and hemorrhaging jobs. Subsidizing condoms is hardly out top priority”. “This Omnibus Bill is bad government at its worst”. “This bill spends nearly half the discretionary portion of the federal budget on just six federal departments”. “It was debated for just one hour”. THAT’S SEVEN POINT FOUR BILLION DOLLARS SPENT PER MINUTE OF DEBATE!!

While on the subject. Federal employees earning over $100,000.00 per year jumped to a full 19% from 14% at the beginning of the recession. Not bad work if you can get it. This leads me to state again that in Barack Obama’s world the only growth sector IS government. It’s the classic communist model…diminish the middle class to feed the coffers of the elite rulers in charge of redistribution.

I’ll say it again. It’s a darn good thing for these politicians and their bureaucratic leaches that the American people actually believe in the rule of law…something our so-called leaders ignore entirely. If this was one of those third world ‘Republics’ that the left is so enamored with, we’d have long since burned the damned Capitol down around their ears…BUT WE’RE NOT. So we’ll take them apart at the ballot box. This bunch is heading for the what will probably be one of the great political blood lettings in American history. DON’T LET UP!! KEEP AFTER THEM!! DINGY HARRY IS SCRAMBLING FOR COVER. Nowhere to hide Harry.

This is one of the days that my editor hates…she likes themes that match titles and have a modicum of logic to them. Shame on her…there’s so much going on right now that my brain gets the whizzies just trying to keep up.

There’s Carol Browner, re-affirming her absolute and slavish faith in the unassailable dogma of the Church of East Anglia. Pass that kool-aid, and don’t let little things like the discovery of the greatest scientific fraud conspiracy, for CONSPIRACY it is, in recorded history bother you. A bunch of elitist, ideologically-driven, leftist scientists with control over data and utilizing a completely incestuous peer review system, to ensure that outside commentary critical of their ‘genie in the bottle’ science was never exposed. All the while, conspiring with equally rabidly left-leaning, ideologically-driven scientists on this side of the pond to help legitimize and disseminate the same junk science. With their willing but not-so-bright accomplices, such as Al Gore and the equally fraudulent United Nations phony carbon trading schemes, power, control and riches were within their grasp. Until a funny thing happened on the way to the forum…the world woke up.

Meanwhile in our nation’s capitol, the usual White House rats are trying to foist off a major breach of security protocol on the Secret Service. The amateur Clown College is in full panic mode trying to cover up. At the same time the Chief of the Clown College has made a momentous decision which ONLY took about 14 weeks, one that any twelve year old could and would have made in fifteen minutes. That of sending the troops our military commanders had requested, to reinforce the men already in-country in Afghanistan, to accomplish the mission HE sent them over there to do. NOBODY in the military wants to serve under a gutless wonder and that’s what Obama is. Except leave out the ‘wonder’, he’s just gutless.

Now the Senate under the inimitable Dingy Harry Reid has been 'put on notice' that Harry will be working weekends to get the most massive rip-off in American history passed. Uh Harry, the Senate only has 14 working days until Christmas. It's extremely doubtful that the increasingly unpopular Reid can pull it off as Senators on both sides of the aisle begin to think of the rapidly approaching New Year, heralding mid-term elections in front of REALLY angry constituents and a nationwide electorate practically in a state of revolt.

With an economy flat-lined and unemployment affecting 1 out of 5 Americans, no one is willing to give Reid, Pelosi and Obama control over 1/6 of the American economy given their proven inability to manage even the simplest aspects of running this country. Don’t forget! CALL, EMAIL and WRITE to your Senators and every single one on the Senate list (just google it). Let them know they won’t be re-elected if they vote for this bill. Be CIVIL. Once again, it’s OK to be angry because we are! It’s OK to be forceful but leave out the four letter words. Those are the domain of the other side. Get ACTIVE! STAY ACTIVE! STAY INVOLVED!

Obama just can’t win for losing. NOT that that’s a bad thing. His popularity has dropped so much even the most reliable main stream polls can’t lie, distort or load their results to show anything more than dismal looking numbers for His Immanence. Gallup has him at 48%. Rasmussen has him at a -10 approval rating.  Zogby shows him with a 51% disapproval rating.

Small wonder…this is, as Rush calls him, a man-child. This is not a leader that inspires confidence. I don’t see any indications of this vast intellect lauded to the stars by the fringe, now largely marginalized, press. Come to think of it, I haven’t seen any indications of leadership either. His UTTER mismanagement of our foreign policy, the monumental gaffes committed time after time in dealing with friend and foe alike, do not make for building confidence. His administration’s fiscal policies are a TRAIN WRECK. Unemployment ROSE in 29 out of the 50 States last month. Yet he puts on that vapid looking smirk and has the unmitigated temerity to go on (are both teleprompters working?) television to call it a ‘recovery’.

Troops in Afghanistan are bleeding and dying awaiting His Indecisiveness. Hell’s bells, my kid knows we need to send the reinforcements over there to complete the mission. This guy SERIOUSLY needs to be a one term President. No one in the history of this country has screwed the job up this bad or at this hyper speed. This does not bode well for the country. He could cause an awful lot of damage in three years.

Meanwhile, back in the quagmire that has become the Congress of the United States, a menagerie more akin to a lunatic asylum where the nuts have clearly taken over, Dingy Harry’s socialist express has sort of run off the rails. There is some serious internecine warfare going on over in the DeMarxist side of the Senate, despite efforts to sell the Kumbaya image. It may be the best news the REST of the nation has had all month though. The hard left will not go along unless there is a hard-line ‘public’ option. The moderates won’t go along if there is. Others will not go along if there is any provision for funding abortions, which there are.

Additionally,  but probably most telling of all, is that fully 1/3 of the Senate has to face their voters next year in an election and explain to a very angry and aware electorate why they voted yes if they did…or if they do going forward. These folks have already heard plenty from you the American TAX payer, the American citizen, the life blood of this country and they will hear much more. We will highlight these Senators.

Our ammunition will be your activism…your letters, your emails, your phone calls and your visits to these Senators district offices. And as we used to say in the Marine Corps…STANDBY…TARGETS!!

Harry Reid got his 60 votes to initiate cloture on the Senate version of the health care bill. Mary Landrieu, whose price for selling out the country was 100 million dollars, and Blanche Lincoln, who faces a tough re-election fight next year, were both very careful to qualify and state that they would not vote for any bill in its present form. This sentiment was echoed by a handful of other ‘moderates’.

Dingy Harry has some problems down the pike and there can be no greater indication of that than after the vote total. There was only a sparse smattering of applause, almost none. Every Senator in that room knew that it is a very far from done deal. They won’t be back to start debate on it until November 30.

Next year is an election year and many Democrats in both the House and the Senate will be facing serious challenges with a seriously peed off electorate, which much to their dismay is far better informed than in many previous years. There are some RINO Republicans that may get their tickets out of town punched also. That’s what they’ll be thinking about, as much or more than sticking their necks out for Reid, Pelosi and that Great Grandstanding Empty Suit in the White House.

Once again, YOUR efforts at derailing this beast before it reached a vote were magnificent. THANK YOU!! This is only the beginning of the fight however. Don’t feel as though we lost anything, because we have enough of these politicians looking over their shoulders and watching the calendar to make a real difference. Lawmakers will be heading home to their districts for the Thanksgiving holiday…it’s the PERFECT time to reach them in their own district and it doesn’t matter if it’s your district or your Senator or not. It’s your country, it’s OUR Senate, and as much as they like to ignore the fact they are on our payroll. Take the time to look up these Senators’ home district offices and start hammering them there. Email, write letters, tell your friends and family and tell them to tell others. Become an activist. Get mad but then GET BUSY!!

We can beat this bill and we can defeat the DeMarxists…and we can do it using their own playbook. Activism, real get-down-and-get-dirty grassroots activism, is how we are going to defeat the Marxio-Socialists at their game. Become active at the local level as you continue to make your voice heard at the national level. Start with your local PTA, City, County and Civic Organizations…continue to call, write and email. Stay angry!! You’ve every right to be. These cretins are trying to steal our GOD given birthright.

BECOME INFORMED and don’t be afraid to tell others. I live in one of the most Liberal dominated areas of the nation. I used to take a lot of heat for my Conservative views. I’m not real smart about such things and I’ve spoken my mind in places where perhaps a saner man would fear to tread.

But there’s a change going on out there. Ten thousand Conservative Patriots in the heart of San Francisco to let the Anointed One know that we think his policies and his governance stink. I don’t take as much heat any more and I’m finding that far more people are agreeing with me. Not on everything perhaps, but then we are AMERICANS and we don’t have to walk in lockstep like the DeMarxist Unionotons or Acorn Community Destabilizers. It’s enough that we agree in principle that we need to step in, step up and save our country.

Another thing…don’t fall for the crap out there about ‘dissension in the ranks of the Tea Party leadership’. The sources of these rumors are pretty easy to identify…it’s bullroar as we used to say in the Corps. Many Republican Senators will be holding town hall meetings over the holiday break, seeking to illuminate and inform constituents and the American public about what exactly is in Harry’s 2074 page monstrosity. Take advantage of the opportunity if you can and let them know we stand behind them.

Remember, they can’t stand against us when we stand together.

This is going to be short and sweet today. The four Senators names you see above are the ‘moderates’ that Dingy Harry Reid has to have to pass the Senate version of the health care monstrosity, waiting out there to enslave you and ALL your antecedents, all 2074 pages of it.

Republican Senators intend to force a reading of every word of it in prime time. It’s all according to Senate rules so it doesn’t look like the DeMarxists can stop it. It will take between 34 and 54 hours to accomplish, by which time there will undoubtedly be some squirming going on while various Senators reach for their hemorrhoid pads. Whatever Americans that are out there who are not tar-and-feathers angry about this fraud, WILL BE  by the end of this reading. Either that or they are brain dead. In point of fact, Senate rules call for THREE readings of each new piece of legislation. Look for Republican Senators to insist on it.

This legislation is NOT health reform, it is a criminal enterprise reinforced by the full force of the the US Government. It will lower the living standard of every American and will condemn many to an impossible state of poverty. It will impoverish our children and their children. It will not cost any 849 billion dollars either. According to the Heritage Foundation the ACTUAL cost will be 2.44 TRILLION dollars. Let’s see, between Dingy Harry and the Heritage Foundation…I’ll take the Foundation.

The DeMarxists don’t want you to know about that. In fact, there’s very little in that legislation that they DO want you to know about. This is likely to come up for a vote within the next week. We can influence this thing and possibly stop it by contacting your own Senator and the four Senators shown above. Call and email them and let them know that we will hold them responsible for their vote. Their own constituents are against this bill but there is HUGE pressure on them to vote for it.

Dingy Harry wrote a couple of pages in there especially to entrap Mary Landrieu…about 100 million in pork if I recall correctly. The White House, Rahm Emanuel and the Democrat leadership are in full court press to get these Senators to ignore principle and betray their constituents and YOU, the American people.

So much for short and sweet. Call and email the Senators listed below and let them know we stand WITH them as long as THEY stand on principle. Let them know also that we WILL work to hound them from office if they vote for this travesty.

We are nine months into the reign of Obama Hussein the First…and the LAST if  Conservatives have anything to say about it. 2012 can’t get here soon enough.

His administration of this country to this point has been a pollyanna mixture of Doctor Jekyll and Mr Hyde, with a lot more Hyde than Jekyll…and something much more sinister thrown in. It’s not something you can point your finger at and say “aha!” It’s more an undercurrent that can be sensed and not so much felt, but no less palpable. It’s that sense of unease that the mariner gets with a huge storm over the horizon, or the farmer searching the skyline for signs of trouble ahead. Military men get it too just before the stuff hits the fan…you know it’s out there, you know it’s coming.

Obama was swept into power not by any great mandate of the people, for all the HUGE media circus that accompanied him. He barely won with 55 percent of the vote…and that only because Conservatives and Independents had deserted the Republican banner by the tens of thousands. Tired of George Bush’s big spending, big government Republican leadership, which most Conservatives saw as betrayal, many just stayed home. The Republicans had blown it badly…they had strayed so far from their largely Conservative base that to many they were indistinguishable from the opposition.

A war-weary country was ready for a change and many moderates saw Obama’s candidacy as a historic moment and a chance to put away the specter of race for good. Historic it was…putting the race issue away it wasn’t.

Obama and his apologist cronies have done more to Balkanize this country than anything since the days of the carpetbaggers during reconstruction after the Civil War. His mandate is that he hasn’t one. His racing as fast as he can for the far left, and Nancy Pelosi’s and Harry Reid’s ideologically-driven push to socialize this country before it’s citizens awake from their self-induced and Liberal media aided deep sleep, has come frighteningly close to success.

However it’s not all going their way. Fully, 41% of Americans identify themselves as Conservative. Another 29% identify as Independents. Only 21% identify themselves as somewhat Liberal, while only 9% of the population identify as very Liberal. You’d never know it from the constant yammering and bleating of the fringe media. So much less effective than it used to be. Despite passage of the health care bill in the house by a mere 5 votes, passage in the Senate is unlikely this year, and next year is shaping up to be a bloodbath come election time. You see…they counted on us falling back asleep again and it didn’t happen. He never had the Conservatives and has lost the Independents and not a few of the liberals. Hey Barry! We’re awake…

Barry’s next move will be to prance off to Copenhagen attempting to destroy the rest of our economy. Yes it’s all his now…the economy, the war, Iran and the Mullah’s bomb. His affinity for all things Muslim. His denial of this country’s strong Judeo-Christian origins. Something he cannot and will not change despite any grandiose pandering pronouncement to a Muslim world which sees him only as a useful fool. His contempt for our military obvious in his speech, in his demeanor, in his actions…and most of all in his inaction. His contempt for YOU, the American citizen and patriot.

If I were mystery writer I’d have all the plot elements for a shoot em’ up spy thriller here…only I’m not. It is. And it’s scary as hell. Keep your powder dry.

“These are the times that try men’s souls”. Thomas Paine wrote that during the year 1776, while our fledgling  nation was in the throes of armed revolution against the greatest military machine in the world. If Vegas had been around back then, the odds would have been astronomically against that we would survive being crushed inside a year. It was a minor miracle that we had survived the “battles” of Lexington and Concord on April 19th 1775. We had no standing army or navy. Our militias were ragtag groups of farmers and shopkeepers. There is another document authored by Thomas Jefferson and published on July 4, 1776. It begins, “When in the course of human events it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected to them to another”. The ‘healthcare monstrosity’ of 1990 pages will have another 800 pages of “managerial” amendments added to it in the dark of night by Pelosi’s GOON squad. They will attempt a vote on this indescribable horror. I’m not saying that armed insurrection is our answer, but something certainly has to be done. We don’t need to wait for Friday’s vote for tyranny…we have it right now in the House of Representatives. We have  one party rule enforced by pint-sized Nancy Pelosi, to include having locks changed on chamber doors to keep Republicans from introducing amendments or raising objections to the absolutely illegal and unconstitutional multi-trillion dollar robbery of our freedoms, our independence and our God given heritage. The Obama administration is out to destroy our way of life. Rush Limbaugh said as much in his interview with Chris Wallace broadcast on Sunday AND HE WAS RIGHT! Bill O’Reilly said he thought Rush was wrong that Obama wouldn’t do that for fear that he wouldn’t be re-elected. I’ve got news for you Bill…Rush is right…you are wrong. Obama is an ideologue. Pelosi, Reid and company are only slightly less so…their idea of transformative is along the lines of Pol Pot or Joseph Stalin and let us not forget that great Obama administration icon Mao Tse Tung. They couldn’t care less what the American people think or say…they are going to thug this thing through unless we STOP them… AND WE CAN. Representative Michele Bachmann (R) Minn. has called for citizens from all over America who can reach Washington by Thursday to gather at the capitol steps to rally and then proceed into the congressional office buildings to beard the cowards in their dens. Not with pitchforks  and tar (YET), but with video and cell phone cameras. Any bets the cretins will clear out Wednesday night or hide behind staff and be unavailable? I know of two people from Nancy’s own district who are winging their way east as we speak… Mark Levin has also promised to be there to lend his support. Calls and emails will also undoubtedly inundate the offices of Congress and the Senate and bring down the White House and Capitol switchboards. Given what is happening in Virginia, New York and New Jersey they’d better start listening. They’d also better be damned grateful that we have more respect for the rule of law than they do.
