The Rev. Jesse Jackson says he's "very sorry" for comments he made about Barack Obama during what he thought was a private conversation with a reporter.
Jackson told The Associated Press on Wednesday that he doesn't remember his exact words. He was being interviewed about health care by a Fox News reporter on Sunday when he was asked his opinion about Obama speaking in black churches.
According to Drudge, Jackson said that he wants to "cut [Obama's] n**s out". Full tape will be on the O'Reilly Factor Tonight.

Is this Barack Obama's Brother Jackson Moment?
I'm not sure that this isn't being applauded in Obama campaign headquarters.
Why not? ..
This is Obama Sister Souljah moment .. Bill O'Reilly screwed up .. and handed Obama a real gift
In what way is this Obama's Sista Souljah Moment?
I thought that a Sister Souljah moment is a politician's public repudiation of an allegedly extremist person or group, statement, or position perceived to have some association with the politician or their party. Such an act of repudiation is designed to signal to centrist voters that the politician is not beholden to traditional, and sometimes unpopular, interest groups associated with the party, although such a repudiation runs the risk of alienating some of the politician's allies and the party's base voters.
So is Obama going to repudiate Jackson for repudiating him? Can he throw Jackson under the bus after Jackson threw him under it first? Does Obama signal to centrist voters that he's over and done with Jesse Jackson and run the risk of alienating some of his allies and base voters who are loyal to Jackson? Do centrist voters even care about this particular state of affairs, or are they more interested in the fact that Obama is the change that keeps on changing except when he's signalling his joy over high gas prices and continues to push renewable energy in lieu of domestic drilling and nuclear power even when 50% of liberals between the ages of 18 and 49 are now in favor of all energy expansion options? In only 4 months there's been a net change of +25 just among liberal voters between 18-29, supposedly one of Obama's key demographics. Hmmm....
And exactly how did Bill O'Reilly screw up? His ratings alone probably went through the roof this evening. Good grief, I even tuned in. I'm eagerly anticipating learning more about how this becomes a gift to Obama from Bill O'Reilly. I've never received a gift from Bill O'Reilly. He never calls, he never writes, he never sends Pajamagrams, Vermont Teddy Bears or even a dozen long stemmed roses from ProFlowers.com. Please elaborate when you have a moment to expand on these strange notions.
Now that's what I call taking personal responsibility,
Liberal-style. Check out this amusing comment plucked from a Digg page on the comments to the Breitbart story:
It's not about what I said, it's about what you recorded, damn you and your evil technology!
