Massive Plan for Automobile companies:

This is a plan for all of the automotive companies across the board so that everyone can benifit from:  For All CEO's (GM,  Ford,Chryseler) are to have their salaries frozen for 5yrs. there shall be No bouses nor Cost of living checks, each office should not be allowed to file bankrupcy!  All corproate planes are to be sold off but Two of them. All emplyees are to turn back in their lease car (s) as well as their family member (s) or be allowed to purchase them within three weeks of notification of the shutting down of the programs by corporation.  Also, all corporate cards are to be personally paid off by cardholder in full or set up a payment plan within 60days of notification of billing cost.  All CEO's are to pay up 50% of their personal medical, Dental,Vision,RxDrugs cost/co-pays and half of all doctor and hospital visit/stays.  All corporate officers are to pay/cover all of the corproate traveling and car/transpretation for company and personal usage.  

All Excutive Vice Presidents as well as Product Programs,Sales & Marketing, Manufacturnig: as well as these Vice Presidents of Engineering- Design: Dealerships,Car Plants, Suppliers to plants: Are to have their salaries levels frozen at this time  Oct.1st.2008.   Their shall not be any bouses for these officers either for 5yrs. until the company recovers a profit for 3yrs. straight.  These officers are to pay 35% of their own medical costs: RxDrugs $25.00 co-op, and for any hospital visits/stays 45% of the cost. Dental cost 75% of total cost  of treatments for self and family members.  

For All Hourly Workers:  Their salaries are to be frozen as of OCT. 1st.2008:  These person (s) are allowed to invest into the company (to purchase stock in the company at a fair market price )  If, any hourly worker desires to offer to work 4 days aweek  instead of the 5 days work week theynshould be allowed to without  penalty by company.   Each hourlyn worker shall pay 

$15.00 RxDrugs cost, and shall also  pay the First  $150.00 for any hospital Treatment (s),all visition care co-pay(s) are to pay up to 75% of their costs. Also any hourly worker will have the Benifit of either purchasing a lease vehicle or to turn it in upon notification.

All indivisuals that had been recieving a Free Vehical via either companies to / for their over 25-30's years service to the companies are to STOP at once!  These individuals should be allowed to purchase the vehicals at present market price IF, they chose to keep to vehical or turn it into the Company within 60-days of notification.     All Rewtireies are to receive their benifits that they have worked for and contracted for by Automobiles Corpreations.  And any employee that desires to retires Now or in 2009 by Dec.31st. may do so without fare of lose of

their benifits due to Automobile Companies going Bankrupt.

I have worked in the automotive factors, on the lines, down in the grease pits also at the
Brake test pole, and stripping bays.  These possions quires physical labor of the persons whole upper body. Many times hourly workers are required to work 10,14 hrs. a shift and even more hours If, ther is a product run at which time the hourlyn workers are informed about 2 hours before their shift ends that they will be working over time.  Many thousands of nworkers has put in time an ahalf with these auto companies, their health comes into question.  With sleep depthpervation, they cant obtain regular physician appoints without losing a days pay or

unless the floor boss okays you taking off the day.  Yes! some hourly workers makes fair amount of pay  but for the Job (s) requirments it's fiar!  Before, any none Factory Worker complains about what cash they do receive Why dont you travel up to Michigan, TN,factories and proform anyone of the jobs that is on the lines for ONE MONTH!  Then after stepping into their shoes take their check and try to pay your Bills,State taxes, Medical coverage, vehicle maintaince,insurances-tags-plates, proprety taxes. Then put off on your table for two weeks to

a month.  It always helps to get an on hand experience before one judges someone else!  I would even invite all State governors, senitors, and Reps. as well as polocay makers tto actually go in to the Factories and proform any one of these jobs for just One Whole 8-hour day.    I hope and pray that  my words are taken to heart very strongly for all parties involved.
