Yep, he's still trying to sell this....
Senator Dodd deigned to show his face in CT yesterday before some reporters in a brief outburst of pretzel logic.
a) Yes, he knew he was a VIP for Countrywide
b) His being a U.S. Senator had nothing to do with it
c) What he thought he was getting was'n;t better rates, it was "enchanced customer service"

Perhaps we need to know, besides the $21,000 in campaign contributions, what other forms of "enchanced customer service" the Senator received from Countrywide?
For those unfamilar with the banking industry, please be advised a commoner who has had a loan for less than a million dollars for less than four years with a megafirm like Countrywide is going to get the same customer service anyone else is going to get.
So, Senator Dodd, what was the "enchanced customer service" available at "Friends of Angelo VIP"?
