Very sad news that the senior statesman of stand-up comedy, George Carlin, passed away last night.

Blogs are obviously a form of free speech often focused on irreverant satire of whoever is "The Man' at the time of the blog post. We all owe a tremendous amount of gratitude to George Carlin, who made doing this so damm funny and made it look so damm easy.
Please let's not use all of those "seven dirty words" in our blog posts today. None of us want the FCC taking us all the way to the Supreme Court over such an issue. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Federal_Communications_Commission_v._Pacifica_Foundation

Carlin Gone
Just looking at the blog by Ironman shows why I won't miss Carlin. He easily uses profanity in his praising of Carlin.
Carlin lowered the conversation and discussion in America to Foul mouthed " comedians" who could not express a though without using vulgar and useless expressions.
Yes, he also made decency a bad word, he dumbed down decency to a place i fear we will never recover from. In addition the acceptance to this type of " intellictual" comedy (LOL) has led to the fall of our culture and lack of excellence in language and expression.
His laughter at religion, morals ethics and family.... Whoa what a great guy! How much he contributed to uplifting his culture...... NOT!
Didn't Carlin say he was anti-United States in a phone interview
with the Arizona Republic several years ago? He didn't like the way this country operates, he thought we "ruined the place because of businessmen" and "businessmen aren't liberal". Clearly he never heard of Warren Buffet, Bill Gates, Larry Ellison, Sergey Brin, Larry Page, George Soros, Steve Jobs, Paul Allen, Bernie Schwartz, C. Michael Armstrong, Susie Tompkins Buell, Steve Kirsch, Haim Saban, Steve Bing, and so forth and so on. I don't wish anyone ill, but I'm not gonna lie - I won't miss him.
