Mealer Companies and McCain's 3R Plan

Having gained funding for my Green Engineering business, Mealer Companies, I must stress and re-stress the issue. Without new and massive infrastructure outlined by a US presidential candidate prior to being elected, and pushed into the private sector (to avoid red tape later on), these untied States of America might fail within 20 years and will definately suffer for the next 10 years.

Why outlined ahead of time?
To prevent special interest groups from digging their dirty little fingers into the American Pie.

Why prior to the election?
Because it will be in place and cannot be added to or subtracted from by Congress or special interest groups without the private sector being involved.

Why in the private sector?
No pork can be thrown into the plan by Congress.

Other than uncapping the reserves by 2009, there is no solution for quick oil and without the fuel oil taxes, local government will fail. Ocean rigs are 5 years out, and new drilling on land is still 3 years out if the AFL CIO is not involved. Refineries another 4 years.

Let's energize the 3R PLAN and convince anyone who has doubts as to the direction America needs to be headed, that this is the way. McCain 3R is the quickest way to American prosperity and also the least costly, ie. least government regulated approach to get the job done.

JOHN McCAIN’S 3R ECONOMIC PLAN 2008
Abbreviated version

 Republican Candidate John McCain with a progressive outlook, comes through for America with his 3R economic plan. In the persona of Theodore Roosevelt, McCain’s plan just makes sense.
 
NUTS AND BOLTS of the plan are simple.
 
The US needs a separate tax revenue source before it can move away from fossil energy fuels which supply hundreds of billions of dollars in taxes for state and federal agencies.

This move from fossil fuels to clean, affordable energy can only be done in one of two ways.
1. Halt all projects paid for with taxes at the pump and other fuel taxes, OR,
2. John McCain’s Economic Plan involving the 3R’s, Rethink, Reform, Reinvent.

Here is the John McCain 3R solution.

The US needs alternative taxes if we are to drop the petrol products tax and utilize new alternative fuels and new power sources. This is where the taxes will come from.
 
McCain’s 3R is about technical, closely monitored and rapid hands on training from pros to create new pros. Thousands of currently-job-displaced “once leaders in the manufacturing arena” will be asked to train and play instructor rolls in the 3R plan.

Paid, of course, as these new leaders will help create a whole new style of prosperous America. A massive restructure providing thousands of new American MFG companies means millions of new jobs for infrastructure alone.

1. RETHINK: America must see globally on what America is capable of in our current state of technology, engineering and meet the demands that face the world.

“RE-Think” the basic job goals involve the dwindling retirement, health care and social security plans that are failing Americans. With a strong base and a higher Gross Domestic Product (GDP) America has a new bargaining chip in the way we live and the ways we retire.

Private Sector framework is in place and current laws allow the 3R to happen. The Progressive attitude of John McCain to get things done by crossing party lines will resurrect America.

 
2. REFORM: The American people must demand higher quality products and less restricted trade routes for Made in USA components. We will lead the way of MFG again!

The USA will reform its dead manufacturing base to create the most innovative and green-engineered products possible. We will compete in a world market along with other high quality products. Our Private Sector teams are making this reality now.

3. REINVENT: America and Americans must reinvent themselves to reach and maintain these standards and by sheer American ingenuity, control the world’s marketplace in the competitive manner, as the USA has always been proud to be #1.

Americans are going back to McCain’s 3R-schooling program where they are paid to reinvent their skills and learn new skills to design and lead their personal LLC, Corporation or joint venture company. That’s easy enough to comprehend and just as easy to implement.

The 3R plan is designed as a six-month rapid advancement system. Graduates may return for additional skill enhancements from time to time, or step up after new advanced training in executive management.
 New jobs are the mainstay for Creating a new guard for Social Security.

While manufacturing is a very important part of this plan, thousands of other new businesses must to be created to meet the new surge of 3R manufacturing industries to create a new era of prosperous Americans.

Initial estimates of 1 in 5 students will begin his or her own company and drive even more Americans into a viable lifestyle with real jobs, real benefits and a retirement to look forward to.
This 3R plan will be done without costing taxpayers (or the government) additional funds. America has the means to follow through with John McCain’s 3R plan, ready and in place across the USA. The buildings we need sit vacant for the most part. By assuming leases on abandoned stores and factories across America with MC-3R schools and mini-manufacturing training centers, the USA made products can be sold and support the stores. Building owners write off the loss in taxes over a few years if they donate the space!  
                               
This is the new place for financial speculators to invest!

The speculators who first drove the economy with mortgage investments and most recently with crude oil investments have a better arena for their investments. America as nation of industrious individuals who want to work and want to succeed will make them huge profits. The supply of eager Americans with ideas and dreams to prosper is limitless.
 
Although the thousands of new businesses manufacturing USA Made products is exciting enough, the real excitement comes from the massive amount of additional jobs that will be created to provide the new housing, new buildings, new parks, shopping, grocery stores, schools, government outlets and so much more.
 
McCain’s Straight Talk Decisive nature embodies a Progressive Theodore Roosevelt more than any US presidential candidate in history since the original Rough Rider blazed the greatest era of growth in America.
We need John McCain to lead our nation with the same type of change.

Considering Mike Allen's Playbook Post in Politico today, titled McCain to Unveil 'Jobs First', the timing couldn't be better. 

The Wall Street Journal reported 2 hours ago that McCain Retools His Economic Message:

As part of the debut of John McCain’s new message machine following a staff shake-up, the campaign will focus next week on the economy, with an emphasis on job creation.

He acknowledged the challenges facing the U.S. economy, and reiterated his plan to use energy alternatives to boost the economy. “I believe the green technologies in the United States of America will create millions of jobs, if not hundreds of thousands. I believe that green technologies — whether it be nuclear power or hybrid cars, or battery-driven cars, or wind and solar or tide – are directly the factor that will improve America’s economy and get us on our feet again,” McCain said.

Mealer 3R Economic Plan UPDATED

WE MUST GET THIS RIGHT THE FIRST TIME.. In the private sector! 

THE ECONOMY and MEALER COMPANIES SOLUTION... the ONLY viable plan.

The economy has not disappeared due to one problem, but several problems. The main problem is also the solution with which we will revive the economy.

Everyone must agree that with the best mortgage, the safest mortgage and the best loan possible... Not a single man or woman anywhere can purchase on credit without a job. good paying jobs at Walmart or Home Depot selling Made in China junk or scrap lumber will secure a loan... especially with the lay-offs we see today and will see tomorrow.

USA jobs, mainly in the manufacturing sector is the solution and I have the means to get there.... I won't waste breathe or your time with too many details of this solution that MUST be instituted in the private sector now. There are so many "experts" out there who come up with bad ideas... I am not an 'economic expert' who has polished seats with his/her hind-end more than having done anything else.

This plan I worked out was done so as to offer a replacement the fuel taxes that Mealer American Motors Corporation automobiles would eventually do away with. *MealerAMC autos also act as home power sources...

The government (of any country) would lose hundreds of billions in fuel tax revenue and have no decent way to re-gain it. The 3R changes that!

If you can now grasp why I have put extensive researched into this plan, you can read on....If not.. Start over and read slowly.

All communities nationwide would gain immediate revenue from these training programs and local community colleges would benefit as well.

The Mealer (aka McCain) 3R Economic Energy Plan entails utilizing the millions of vacant buildings (like old Walmart and stores that were put out of business by Walmart) as hands on training in USA MFG. America has thousands of '3R teachers' looking for jobs and many of them from old union killed businesses that are now in China and Mexico. No matter what the trainees build... It can be re-sold as Made in USA quality products. Does anyone remember the days when most products in America had that stamp?

Huge tax write offs for building owners do differ payments or donate buildings or years of lease amounts, plus fair write offs for equipment that is purchased and deferred. (I have spoken with several USA tooling companies and they are thrilled to work this way!)

Paid 3R Schooling is a great moral booster and means even more American jobs.      Paid?     Sure..      The students are paid to learn as per federal and state higher education/school programs, PLUS they earn a percentage of the products that are sold. Once again, I checked... Even 'evil' Walmart will stock these goods... If some slave labor Red China Communist or a poor child in a sweatshop can build the Chinese junk we buy today... A skilled (and learning) adult American can do better.

Another huge revenue source is packaging these small private businesses as commodities (...checked... it's legal) and selling them to the thousands of  "Speculators".. You know, like the crude oil speculators who helped destroy the economy we are now being forced to save?  "Packaged an group commodities" makes these businesses much less likely to fail, and I am certain teams or memberships will be formed to help one another when certain manufacturing is slow in demand.

These small businesses need not compete with the Walmart made In China craze that really killed the economy. They need not manufacture billions of 'widgets'... only thousands. There is no monopoly in the deal, just a great job to be had. This of course, is after the trainees are out of the schooling stages and several of them past the advanced business law schooling  -'quick classes' (they can learn as they grow the companies)... These people with the proformas would find the huge new class of investors looking for huge profits, take their packaged team of loosely collected USA MFG companies as one LLC or Corporation and put a lot of people to work.

For every USA MFG position, a new economy around that person would be created in food services, clothing, etc... including housing and local government. THIS IS HUGE.

Go ahead, find the problems with this plan (typos excluded)... I know your concerns.

I already have the answers and they are well researched and legal answers.

There is no other way to save the economy.

NONE!

 NOT A SINGLE VIABLE PLAN, except the 3R...

If you can find a better plan, I will buy it!

Just like Mealer Companies products and our non-fossil fuel, non-EV automobiles are the next phase for technical growth, this economy saving plan is IT for the future of America and the world economy.

No. Don't even suggest what you are thinking...Neither Mealer Companies, nor myself make a dime from instituting this plan and saving America... I refuse to.

 HOWEVER, I do plan to sell every American one of my cars and take us off the grid when possible...
