A typical nutcase. The type you meet walking down the street

-- the type I meet too.

In Red America or Blue America,

and White America too.

These are the people who kill others, who lack that fundamental association of humanity with the rest of the world. Please, if you meet one, report 'em to the local cops (probably won't do much, even if they are threatening someone who ain't in the room with 'em). I know I intend to. It may not be much, it may not do any dang bit o' good. But for all the people who were trying to do some good in this world before their lives were cut short, I intend to try. Ya with me?

Just reading this... I'm kinda stunned. Maybe I'm too much of a city person to realize just how close people get to their docs -- so many things here that weren't just a doctor doing an exemplary job at his practice, but were a kindhearted person putting himself in financial harms way, just to help out a family.
