Obama / McCain Debate Leaves Traces..

A few things I noticed is that McCain sounds rehearsed. That "Obama doesn't understand" line from McCain sounds like an attempt to demean in lieu of his lack of comparable experience. Then again, McCain is 72 years old. I dont think the playing field is even.

Another thing that bothered me is that McCain never looked at Obama even though Obama was looking at him and speaking directly to him. He did not pay him that respect and semed to be putting alot of effort into now staring anywhere in that remote area... I thought that said alot about McCain..

Obama semed to have facts to bring and McCain seemed to have alot of references to his "vast" experience.  If his experience is that good then why has he voted with Bush over 90% of the time? one of the most hated, genuinely stupid and failed presidents in American history?  it seems like McCain is Bush with a new package and a more "schooled" and "polished" appeal. It is pretty clear where this is leading..

Obama supporters on cable shows making the same talking points.. Is this via email, or just telepathy?

about the lack of eye contact and the other stuff. Typical of the superficial nature of Obama supporters I guess and their need to have respect. In most debates, you are not looking at the other gu, you are looking at the moderator or the camera. 

McCain looked rehearsed but didnt. That tells you he has this stuff done stone cold. HE IS READY TO LEAD.

Too bad most of them were lies he's been telling for 18 months. The lie about 8 years of deregulation. I guess Obama wasnt in the Senate when they passed Sarbanes Oxley in 2002, the largest imposition of regulation on companies in our history!!!! And his lie about McCain being against alternative energy. Well McCain opposes the WASTE OF MONEY CALLED ETHANOL, but supports solar and wind research.  Then obama falsely used Kissinger as a reference for Obama's dangerous idea of meeting despot leaders. No scare quote needed around that 'vast' McCain has been there and done that. McCain proposed Fannie Mae regulations in 2005. Obama opposed it.

Uh because that is stupid-ass Obama campaign talking point that means nothing. Bush is not in Congress! So he doesnt vote *with* the President. Most of these votes are proforma - that is almost like saying that since Bush signed 90% of what Pelosi and Reid sent Bush that Pelosi 'voted with Bush 90% of the time'. It's a misleading statistic that means nothing.

The fact that McCain reeled off key policy differences, ran against Bush in 2000, and has his own record.

HERE IS THE FACT: YOU CANNOT RUN AGAINST MCCAIN'S RECORD SO YOU RUN AGAINST BUSH'S RECORD. A POX ON THAT DISHONESTY.
