buying votes

I just received a letter from my estimable congressmen, Ed Perlmutter (D), it informed me that as a social security recipient I would be paid an additional 250 dollars, and that this largesse came from the president and congress's stimulus plan. I understand similar bribes are going to other groups including the largest to people who pay no taxes. Politicians from all over are applauding this plans originality. Bribing voters with their own money is a great political step forward almost eclipsing bribing voters with other peoples money
