Forget the nonsense -- I Want Decent Conservative Candidates

In the weeks following the debacle that was Election 2008 I have heard every pundit, commentator, expert, and imbecile declare what the GOP must do or not do to attract this or that vital demographic. Rarely, very rarely, have I heard the most simple thing we CAN do... Nominate candidates that practice and advocate Small Government, Individual Liberty, and a Strong America.
Here's what I'm going to do: I will IGNORE any more talking heads that want to opine on what the "GOP must do" unless they have these three things as the core of their strategy. No more Web 1.0 this, 40 under 40 that, win the Hispanics this way, win the blue collar vote that way... Give me decent conservative candidates -- FOR A CHANGE.

most people do not want decent conservative candidates
You must of missed the 2008 election. Most people do not want decent conservative politicians. Most people want politicians who will tax the rich (read whites) and given the money to them. Most people want big governement programs paid for by others. The U.S. has entered a time when most people believe that can vote themselves free stuff from the government.
Of course, eight years of big spending Bush policies have convinced people that everyone should be able to get goodies from the government. If the Republicans are totally incapable of controlling spending and spent eight years giving their friends government money, then it is reasonable for everyone else to expect to get more government money.
Of course, the Republicans have spent the last twenty years importing people who will vote for higher taxes, more government, and less freedom. So, I guess the Repulbicans are getting what they deserve.
