Judicial Watch is watching stimulus fraud.

No indication of FOIA requests yet  - this could becoming interesting - I watch their site for FOIA requests. To be a created or saved job the job would need to last for a year. A considerable amount of the funds have been sent to Democratic pet projects. GOP may have a field day with this on upcoming elections.

The use of the word "fraud" would be correct for jobs that were temporary or for funds that went to CEO bonuses etc etc.
